No use of HR department other than events organisation, no reviews on salary structures, Appraisals are based on favourism. Good employees are under rated but favourites are getting everything. Dislikes

Unit Head & Unit Managers are only puppet. Things are running in CFO & Corporate's hands only. In each sections conditions are worst. No Job security, No Appraisal, No any self satisfaction. Partiality is very high between HO & Unit.
