Politics at work place, No response from manager , No job security Pls dont join, before joining they will do big promises as this is a trap to reach out the candidate.

I like the culture and upper management. I like how the founders keep motivating everyone and keep a close eye on the company, while also not micromanaging it. I enjoy the fun times and there is definitely a lot of scope for growth here when taken the initiative!

Dislikes

One thing I didn't necessarily like was the work pressure with my JD. However, that is something that comes with the job profile. I do enjoy my time here overall!

*There is no legal department *there some necessary work regarding R&M is not resolves on tym coz i am facing this thing from first day *They not organise any get together kind of party they are focuses only work

Need to set every positive have a KRA so that employee know what they have to do in their daliy routine. They have to set the account ability of every role. Also give a free hand to employees to take a decision to make their organisation more profitable.

Company culture and the outstanding management and HR team.

All are good but the repairs and maintenance (r&m) part is not good, because 1 ticket remains open for 1 month for 50-70 rupees.
