Union bank of india is a public sector bank..so there is 100% job security...unless one does any financial fraud. Working culture is almost same as any public sector bank. Management and company polices are changing and are improving and are coming close to private sector. One would get housing and vehicle loans at cheaper interest rates for sure..

Dislikes

HR Policies are to be improved...pan india transfers are of no use..non core areas where private sector is adopting remote working culture same to be emulated. Staff training on there specific job role to be certained.

Joined in the Bank at a very early age, if taken the opportunities available may be I would have reached GM level also Being a sincere employee same time house wife mother different roles I feel I couldn't justify the life given by the almighty in the correct manner.
