Good work environment and culture. All the elders in the work place are highly supportive. There is a huge canteen and gym for chilling. Every year good salary hike and bonus .

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Everything is good .

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to know more about my skills after working there.

Nothing, not even location, no role clarity, no work management, office culture is terrible, except your work everything is noticeable, you will be considered their slave, seniors won't cooperate in work.

Well I had choosen Corporation Bank to work with but unfortunately it got merged with Union Bank of India, which wasn’t my choice.

Andhrabank worked for moss not for class .It served for poor and middle class people. Strived for upliftment of people under poverty line to come above poverty line .The bank strived for helping women by DWAKRA groups, students by educational loans ,employees by giving personal&housing loans .

Dislikes

Staff suffered a lot as the work pressure is very high due to insufficient number of staff and as a result work life balance is effected and thereby causing resignations and voluntary retirements .That is the only reason to dislike .
