The friendliness and motivation given by the upper management. You get lot of opportunity to learn technologies used in project.

Dislikes

The constant pressure to work on tasks given immediately and expectations to complete it in 1-2 days. There is no proper processes in place for employee benefits and time keeping of tasks assigned.

All projects are old and need to work on bugs and enhancement so opportunity to learn from scratch. You can learn skills from seniors and Very good Team leads are there to back you at any tough situations and supportive(very few TL only do). Flexible work timing. Good appraisal(depends on your performance, Team and PM)

You will be thrown at multiple works at time.

No culture, you will pressured up. Everyone will manipulate. You will not get the salary on time. There will be lot of deduction. Variable pay will not be paid to you. You will not feel that you are respected. PM will commit the deadline and estimation they don't take the actual estimation. You will feel yourself like a slave. No employee benefits ... No leaves. Saturday working . You need to support Sunday too... No hr no finance you have to beg them for your money ( variable pay). Superior will come back to you and assign extra tasks if they see you talking to someone. High politics your work will be posted in others name.
