No proper training is provided. Safety management is worst.

There's alot of politics and company doesn't address our issue and working culture is worst. Never ever recommend this company for anyone. Employees are bound to work extra hours. No canteen and even snacks is worst. Supervisor doesn't know about the machine and how to train new employees. Worst company I've ever worked. Locals misbehave in the industry.
