Salary is never late. Not even by a day. Appraisals are also average but appraisals do happen, unlike other organisation's today and that's the best part. Nobody asks you to extend your day. Your shift is over and your day is done.

Dislikes

Management needs to listen more to their employees and should be open to accept their suggestions. More employee friendly policies should be there. Appraisals are very meagre even if you perform good. And there is a lot of favourism between employees and managers. They only appraise employees who run after their managers. That's theworst part of this company. Even if your performance is really good but your bond is not that strong with your manager, forget a hike in your salary. Run behind your managers blindly like adonkey and get as much as you want....Read More
