M.D is actually an excellent human being. Hardworking individual . The only mistake he did was, he got his friend onboarded to the company. The person who joined name is Rajesh K. He gets 0 in every aspect. Manners, Behavior, and also personal attitude. He hardly knows how to interact with employees. For everything, he says "this ismy company, my company". He holds the salary of every employee. He gives lenience to selected people. For them, he is ready to release full salary, ready to give WFH provision. If you question him about his unethical, inhuman ways, he abuses you verbally, targets you and ultimately makes you resign the job. He does not do the FnF or release the papers on time. FnF too, he does as per his wish. Unwantedly, he will deduct the amount. The biggest joke is...no one has any idea what is his exact role! He wants to put his nose in accounts, HR, management, sales and Operations. He even told during lockdown, he will look after the PG rent...employees should forget about salary! He is too arrogant. All the senior employees, left the job because of him. He told no SLs or CLs will be given. Everything will be considered as LOPs. People have suffered only because of his arrogance. There is also Mr Rammurthy. He acts as if a moral police! If someone has resigned, he treats them like unworthy beings! No employee engagement, nothing. HRs are also waste in the company. At the end of the day...whatever this Rajesh or Rammurthy says, Hrs should obey. HR hardly handles the employee grievances.
