Very bad company to work. No Job Security High pressure Bad politics HR is under control of management and they don’t take any action while seeing injustice. Hiring and firing. If you raise your voice then they ask the employees to give forcefully Resignation. No Appreciation.

Reasonably good work life balance, but on-calls is very hectic, too many recurring issues. There is good scope of learning for fresher or new joiner, but limit your stay here ideally to a maximum of 2 years.

Huge disparity in salary for the same level. Basic benefits only. Avoid "Platform and Integrations" team, the tech leaders here consider the work responsibilities to be less complex than other teams.
