1. As a Sales Officer, got the challenging team to handle and manage. 2. Company always Support to do Work From Home during Lockdown Situation with Full Fix Pay Compensation. 3. As a Sales Officer , one has the right authorities to take the decision, top management always give the chance to participate in decision making.

1. Sales associates must have proper application for order booking. 2. Training programs should be happen once in a year for 3rd parties employees. 3. Reaard and Recongnation Policy is Poor, it should be done atleast twice a year.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
