The company's appraisal process is very nice.

Dislikes

Excessive Manual Work, no Work life balance, even if you have leave balance then also you have to cry in front of your managers to take a leave. Although they give once a week WFH but that too you can't take it as per your own wish.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
