The technology used in Unicharm group is very advanced , due to that one can grow his skills to a higher level. The training system is very good. Day to dya communication to your superior and they always support you. The company is very alert for safety and have all the modern technology to tackle any accident. Overall a very good working experience.

I do not actually dislike anything but here we have to work in all three shifts changing every week. Because of this it is little tough to make any schedule for family time or personal work.
