Ethics, partiality, I was over worked with the promises of assured growth and under paid after investing over 10+ hours everyday for the work. Never expected such a great organisation to be be a traumatic experience.

Having interaction with different mindset of donors

Just compromising in the name of office space..even have to struggle for basic amenities at office. Management sits in the main building of UNICEF and doing work in hybrid shifts but doesnt care about their team who sits in a space like a small box and for them it is strictly work from office. Management is kind of biased. They donot even interact and care to listen their team’s views.
