It's a terrible work place

Things that i like is skill development they are eager to help candidates to grow and some good perks are also there like overtime pay.

Dislikes

Timings are the biggest issue that I've faced i know it was a new store and employees were all new to this work culture but still we male candidates worked in 12hrs to 16hrs shift its still fine we thought company paying us overtime as well but how can i go home at 3am 4am in the morning people who live more than 15km to 20km distance can they go home some candidates stayed on the railway station platform till morning to catch a train girls have the facility after 9pm cabs are there for them but for male employee life sucks in retail....Read More

The most i like the company culture and there vision to growth along with there USPs. Best in class working enviornment.

Worst thing about is their is poor working upper management, worst they don't think about the staff wellfare and there growth. The only thing they do is who is better in buttering.

Your previous managers was damn good and well mannered some of them are in HQ and some of them leaved invite them those were the best assets for your company

Nothing to like here, managers , management is so bad will not let you grow if you're not their favourite (manager)

Everything ,they only care about customers and their manager if you are below UMC (uniqlo manager candidate ) then you will be treated as peasants no respect from customer which we never expect also you won't get any respect from your management also. HQ (headquarter) staff also will look down you , anyone from HQ scold you for doing something not according to their standard.

It’s a suffocating environment, where Japanese treat you as their servants and can do anything. HR is like a puppet who follows orders and has no say.

Dislikes

Only Japanese are giving oppurtunities to lead, there are no growth opportunities for Indians. They are quite racist and HR does nothing even if you highlight. It’s toxic to the core. Do yourself a favour never join this company it will mentally ruin you
