The best part working in Uni is that I get to learn new things every day not only as an agent, even if you are a SME, you get to learn new things every day. The best part is the AM, TL's or any one on the floor treats you like a family. You are not just an agent in this company you are a part of a family. The name suggests and shows what you are U and I.

Mostly the travel to the company, which is really hecktic due to the Bangalore traffic

Hard to tell. Few friends who were also frustrated in their working life.

Almost everything. But management was super poor. They trap their employees into random shits and keep on torturing them for not completing their tasks. Mehraj, Danish, Ajay, kishu, Monika, Dilip, and so on, are some management flaws while onboarding.

Everything is good @ uni. The only problem is with Quality management. They suddenly implement the new QA parameters and they will start marking down and also QA manager will keep the grudge on the employee who questions her. She will remove him/her from job by implementing new parameters
