Competition and benefits is avarage, you don't know about your insentive structure and it's come into three parts.

Dislikes

Work atmosphere is very much pressure need daily login and rejection rate is very high.senior staff not supporting and lot's of politics in management and does not address our issues.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
