Lot of politics, Huge gap of salary between lower and upper job bands, Many designations in same job bands to make employee fool, You can grow in this company easily if you are from Rajasthan or Gujarat and if you are Baniya then its like "icing on the cake". HR is the puppet of ZH's. T he people sitting on the top are giving good rating to their relatives. They are charging huge premium in the name of Medical insurance. Excellent work culture and lot many to learn in such a good organisation with great leaders being supportive to guide and groom up the personality.First organisation where i found no offensive languages being used even where one is even underperforming...Will further love to join again for next level in near future.

Dislikes

Retention bonus and policy for employees who are willing to serve the company for long term,but could not stay due to salary hike in next organisation is not adressed.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
