Likes

Lot of job opportunity at core function. Re skilling of employees conduct time to time.Safety culture and implementation review system also good. Day to day achieving new benchmark and sharing of information and knowledge is also good.

Dislikes

Appraisal review system is good , its actual implementations has some gape.
