They don't provide an offer letter to approx 70-80% of employees. They don't provide an appointment letter to anyone, if one continues to ask the same then they will provide after 3-12 months later with a late appointment day of 3-6 months. No HR work ethics policy, Director itself slapped the Employee in front of a lot of people. No Transport Facility No lunch facility during COVID Crises as well. Even COVID +ve person is allowed in the plant because the count was found less. No social distancing norm within the plant among employees. HR itself holds the hand of a young girl during lunchtime (though in a friendly manner) but as er me its against work ethics norm. Employees aged more than 60-65+ also working in Plant. The majority of people leave the job within 6-12 months. Do not expect appraisals. Rare career growth within the company.
