Likes

Manegement is not transperant.Given wages only for earning departments.Business oriented Appraisal. But Driectors are really very good person and Supportive.

Dislikes

Higher Manegement not transparent and not Impartial.Taking care of only their growth not for organization.In COVID 19 given salary to all departments except safety team and few supervisor.

Work Details

I used to handle whole sites of Ultra fire tech. Somehow trying to taking up the safety standard but without Manegement support can't do anything.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
