They make you work on public holidays, festivals and Off Saturday's. HR is not very proactive and HR head is the puppet of business team. No action taken when you and multiple people raise any complaint to HR Lot of politics in the organisation

There are plenty of opportunities available with the company, due to it being a small finance bank working its way towards gaining a commerical bank licence

Dislikes

There no doslikes in particular, just expect the same behaviour as you do in corporate, you will be shown how to work for a small number of times, you will have to use the opportunity and work your way up to get promoted.

Organisation is good employee friendly but there are skip level manager who spoil play with careers of their subordinates. CH branch banking are having perception issue with team members. Skip level manager does not bother about their subordinates career growth and promotion.
