The company is very social. Employee salary comes before the month end last date.

The Credit department in this company wields significant power and its members often have an inflated sense of self-importance. Sales personnel are often not given the respect they deserve, and when mistakes occur, they are held accountable. If an issue arises during an audit, the sales team is expected to respond, while the Credit department remains unaccountable.
