The company offers a balanced work life balance, with clear compensation. (all fixed, no variable). There is intermittent pressure of work.

Dislikes

1. The company has a fixed mindset and not aggressive on growth 2. The managememt as well as the entire sales team (barring one or 2 sales people) are in comfort zone, very resistant to change and new ideas. They work on the principal, "this industry is like this only". 3. There is a lack of planning in Sales and therefore production and forecast is very ad-hoc. They seem to live by the day. Till afternoon there is no clarity what and how much will be the end of day sales. 4. Because of this long term planning is difficult. This uncertainty sometimes creates undue pressure. 5. Sales people also are very weak in commercial terms and love to give extra credit days to Buyers, increasing company exposure and risk, in order to secure ad-hoc sales. Overall, the top management is mediocre and unable to control the sales team creating a non competitive environment that doesn't support personal growth. I lost my job during covid 19. Uflex should not abondened their staff during difficult period during covid 19. They have to support their staff at the most difficult time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and even though 8.5 years working experience I felt so many people growth idea only buttering to seniors and not related to job focus.
