This is my fourth organization and i feel i have met the best team ever i had experienced.all dept people are cooperative.only thing i would mention is,we need to match our speed with Uflex work speed.It is worlds one of largest organization, and it demands speed with accuracy and nothing else.

Work Details

Not much work load, have enough manpower with defined roles and responsibilities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
