There was nothing to like about the company. They are charging a lot of money to train the trainers for IELTS / PTE (for PTE, they will charge but not train and keep on making excuses). In fact these trainings are available at other independent platforms like Udemy at a comparatively low cost. Ufaber is not teaching anything extraordinary, also the trainers do not train other with much interest as they are not paid for almost 2-3 months. I worked at a senior level even then I am still not given my salary of the last month I worked. Everyone stops responding to your calls, mails and messages....Read More

Everything about Ufaber is unprofessional. Management is non-responsive. They are not bothered to reply to any concern raised by senior trainers or trainers. Owners are greedy and treat their employees badly. They would expect you to work 24*7, will promise incentives but art. not bothered to pay even their hard effable salary. If you decide to leave the company you will never get your pending salary, be it 1, 2 or 3 months. All the positive reviews are given by their own people, so these reviews can't be trusted. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
