I love working here because there are so many new things to learn in this lab... I have learned a lot from this lab and the owners managers are also very good.staff behavoiurs also very good... laboratory testing according to NABL on daily basis

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
