Working in Udaan as Transport Executive was not really good experience because Patna LH team senior members was not follow rules and regulations they have no fix office time they plays PubG on office regularly, but they want their their juniors to perform extraordinary stay more than office hours. Due to this reason I quit and I recommend you to do not join as Transport Executive.

Management and my bosses are too good they are supportive if any kind of problem. Udaan company culture is too much good with overall experience till time. Job security is not because I am working through vendor teams.

The company is providing B2B e-commerce it is worth for an buyers who is orders in the company

Dislikes

In the company their is no basic facility(washroom,toilet, coffee,tea,snacks,cleaninnessat work),work timing even 14hours is not enough, there is no overtime payment, extra allowances, the team is good team but many politics because of this companies loose a good hardworked hard worker. Work pressure makes a mentally troucher internally.

Work Details

Its slightly challenging like providing vehicle on time for supplies,allocation of the vehicles,tracking them till they startup and end up to company Resolving payments issue for driver partners.mail reply, WhatsApp active,breifing will be taken daily.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
