To be very frank there is no training provided at all. I was in a meeting for an hour we they told about the process n I have started working on the same day. N career growth is absolutely zero if ya a off role employee salary they say it's peaceful job n there is no good hike that was given n my manager abused and when complained they took it casually. What didn’t I enjoy about Hiveloop Technologies? Oh, just the inspiring pay structure, where senior leadership pocketed astronomical salaries and ESOPs, sometimes over 2 crores a year, while the rest of us got the privilege of ‘character-building’ compensation. It’s always motivating to see that only those at the top truly reap the rewards—it really made us all feel like one big, happy team!

Udaan has good employee polices. Udaan provides Excellent work life balance as it's a B2b organisation so there is not just in time hustle.

Dislikes

No matter how excellent performance you are, If you are not in good books of your manager then there are high chances of you being layed off. Survival in Udaan, mostly depends on your managers feedback and not on you talent and contribution towards organisation's betterment.

There is no Job security.. In Guwahati location they closed their business but at least they should inform their Market Managers before that. No prior notification they suddenly shut down the business and informed the employees.
