Extremely rude team and managers. I joined the department last November and honestly I regret my decision because I really don’t know what is likeable in this place. Managers are biased in giving promotions and generally prefer giving it to people who are close with them. Same applies to on-site travels. Excellent company to be with - management, diverse culture, opportunity to grow, platform to express yourself, policies. I have got some personal reasons to leave, otherwise I intended to stay there for really long. Its a new one started at Bangalore, but growing significantly.
