Job security is 70-30 percent, most of cases, they retain their employees, but in adverse situation, they might discontinue the association with employee, but that happens in v. Adverse situation, otherwise your job is well secured by far. If you are not result oriented employee, just 9:00 to 18:00 employee, unlike other indian companies, Alibaba is not a place for you to work. Excellent. Grateful to this company for their amazing support during my stay. Most of managers were much supportive and guided towards new best possible goals of my life. Even though I was on third party payroll, I wud love to work on company payroll.
