Freshers usually join this company because they don't have any other option. But trust me there are so many other startups that you can join instead of uCertify. Also, they claim that they have been operational since 90s, and yet they still occupy the Startup-space provided by MNNIT Allahabad, by claiming that they are still a startup. There is so much politics here. Seniors will demand your respect and in return they will mentally torture and verbally abuse you. Leadership is utterly immature. I am talking about CEO and CTO, both brothers are like leaches, they wanna act like Elon Musk while not even having 1% of brain capacity of a toddler in decision making and managing business. They will overwork you, call you names, hold on to your documents in retaliation if you dare to resign and above all, they will ask for money if you got an offer from a big company, after completing your Bond. The worst company I worked for a special experience. It was very bad in the sales department. Here is a guy who works as a sales manager named Abhishek Kesarwani. He is a completely ineligible person, and he has no skills. One of all, he is the relative of the CEO and VP of the company. He is a pure alcoholic guy. He used to drink alcohol on a daily basis on the company premises and misbehave with employees, and after drinking, he used to abuse employees and physically assault people, and he asked to buy alcohol from employees and, if some, denied the problem. He will take action by firing that guy, and the best part is, management knows everything, but as he is a relative of the company's CEO, nobody can do anything. Even the current employees know everything, but they can't take any action just to save their jobs. I recommend you not work here. They are very bad, as you can imagine....Read More
