Some workmates are nice.

Dislikes

Freshers usually join this company because they don't have any other option. But trust me there are so many other startups that you can join instead of uCertify. Also, they claim that they have been operational since 90s, and yet they still occupy the Startup-space provided by MNNIT Allahabad, by claiming that they are still a startup. There is so much politics here. Seniors will demand your respect and in return they will mentally torture and verbally abuse you. Leadership is utterly immature. I am talking about CEO and CTO, both brothers are like leaches, they wanna act like Elon Musk while not even having 1% of brain capacity of a toddler in decision making and managing business. They will overwork you, call you names, hold on to your documents in retaliation if you dare to resign and above all, they will ask for money if you got an offer from a big company, after completing your Bond. If you are fresher this company could be an opportunity to learn and build your skills so learning scenario is good.

If you want to service in this company then you would have to work beyond the limits simply you will have to work 14-18 hours in 24 hours to service there. It is not 8-5 job it is clearly mentioned in there policy.
