I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. It is one of the worst experience in my life. I am fighting legal case now in court. They hire people and fire anytime without no reason. They is no future for Indians in this company for growth. Highly experience Indians have to work under college pass out or novice people because they are Chinese thats why only Chinese can become boss.

Hire and Fire policy with no reason, very poor communication skills of Chinese colleagues which creates lots of issues in daily life, no knowledge they have about the industry
