Best is the work culture, youth crowd is good for freshers to join. Talented employees, Good recognition, Best HR executives, stressfree environment, Encouraging environment, good process, clear quidelines and best seniors!

Dislikes

Payscale is less and low compared to market standards. Appraisal cycle is 6 months if you're outstanding employee and 1 year if you're good. But the appraisal % is hardly 7-15% which is very less and not good.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing to be honest; There is no clarity on promotions from HR managers and upper authority since ages for all employees; Some are doing great hard work still don't promote their employees giving lame reasons even people who have recieved awards for their work.

Well, your job is secure here because they generally don't fire people until and unless you have done exceptionally bad conduct. Not suggested for people who want more from their career as after some time they will put up a full stop in growth. Work culture is good and cooperative. Some company policies are very strict and non-cooperative from the employee's point of view.

Teammates totally depend on what team you are on, mine was good. Managers are not very cooperative and they try to put you down by changing your team, making you unproductive, and tampering with your increments and bonuses if you raise your voice against something which they are doing wrong with respect to junior and intermediate team members. Appraisals are very bad. Even if you follow are good perform consistently. Because they will hire you at a very cheap package and after that appraisals will be very bad. Learing and training are null, might be because of a pandemic but I personally got no training even when I was assigned many of them. None were executed. Appreciation by the manager was zero, in fact, they ate up credits for Junior employees if they bring up something innovative and critical. When took to the higher manager, turned out he was part of the same process, and hence, juniors and intermediates were suffering from appraisals as critical things done by them were getting added to the manager's goals and as he never gave credit to the team members for the work.
