Teammates are supportive and appraisals are fair and very good incentive systems are there. If we give good results,it wil be ok .

Salary is ok but no career growth,not giving values for the performance ,work life balance wil not be there due to high intervention of top management on daily basis,Lot of nonproductive works will come in between our daily work management suddenly and the management expectations are very high .

Last FY is went extraordinarily well. During covid it was not well , not understanding the practical difficulties in the ground level ,tremendous pressure on that time.

It is a terrible place to work. There is no professionalism at any level in the company and things usually work according to TST- TVS Standard Time. The opportunity for growth is almost non existent and the compensation is pathetic. The driving factor of the company is to make sure that the employees aren't comfortable. Just to givea glimpse, the first question they ask during the interview is that if you have a girl friend, and if the answer is yes then you are automatically at a disadvantage because they want people who don't have a life. No personal life, people in higher post always gives threat and wanted fake figures by fake punching, HR of the company is for hiring and firing only, Wants customer satisfaction but not employees satisfaction. Only people who do buttering gets maximum benefit even if they don't achive any target. Management is on 7th heaven doesn't work as per reality
