So pleased to work here every thing from sales to service are too good and customers are also giving existed feedback about there experience.

Dislikes

TVs bikes are coming too late in market with fault rather than other companies instead of reparing them company used to stop manufacturing that bike. There is no bikes of TVs company which market hemant at time. New bikes are not available at all delars for sales, mani delars are not providing subdelars bikes for sale first they useto sale them itself after then if they are giving them new bikes then they puts so many conditions, likes in 1 new bike they providing 4 old bikes then only 1 new bike providing. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
