Good to learn things quickly. Freedom to do anything.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Most immediate managers won't provide opportunity to team members to tell anything. Very less resources but more projects and huge delivery pressure. Poor work-life balance.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
