Likes

Working at TVS Motor is like working with family. The company provides good opportunity to learn, experiment and excel. Gives realistic targets and helps all along to achieve them thereby drives high performance culture.

Dislikes

Not much to dislike Could be a bit faster in executing tasks.

Work Details

Certainly exciting. Gets new assignments and projects often with expert mentoring from peers.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
