We have weekly meeting and update about our target and achievement. We have a regular concall meeting at 9am, and discussing about daily target and previous achievement and focusing on any new scheme and products.

The only good thing about the organisation is it's product range that the R&D and Production team has come up with. Tyres are high performance and technically sound that can compete with world class brands.

Toxic work culture at its core. Exports Head is an immature guy with non relevant experience who wants to drive the business as he is pleased. The management has no clue about Exports as rosy picture has been painted by few people. There is no employee value in the organisation. Employees are treated like shit & humiliated day and night.
