Organization having good ethics n family culture. Best learning atmosphere based on that u can grow yourself in personal as well as professional

Company believes on his own way where they have start their journey but now thing has been totally changed so need to change the mindset in respect of technology as well as new product or diversify it own business as such JK or other tyre companies

The only good thing about the organisation is it's product range that the R&D and Production team has come up with. Tyres are high performance and technically sound that can compete with world class brands.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture at its core. Exports Head is an immature guy with non relevant experience who wants to drive the business as he is pleased. The management has no clue about Exports as rosy picture has been painted by few people. There is no employee value in the organisation. Employees are treated like shit & humiliated day and night. The worst company I have ever worked with. There is noting positive. I was the biggest contributor but I have never got any appreciation. The RSM of eastern region is pathetic in terms of knowledge, leadership skill, customer handling. Behavior towards employee is very bad in every lavel
