I have worked in this company for the last 4 years. The higher authority in this company is very worst and they just suck you out of your blood and sweat and just pay only less. I came in as a trainee with 10K salary after 4 years it's still 10.5K. I have completed my bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. The main problem overthere is still retired people are still working for more than 10 years . They do not allow youngsters to learn and implement their ideas....Read More

This company comes under tvs group which has taken dealership with mahindra it has job security 100 percent based on performance and leadership there is a nice teamwork with the co workers to prove our performance.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

The work pressure is high but upto your knowledge level,customer handling is the main motto even if they call us untime.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
