Likes

HR Manager from Mumbai is very good and explains very detail about the work. The work is also very challenging and nice.

Dislikes

The General Manager in Coimbatore is not supportive and always criticize the work as if he is the Director for the company and knows all. Due to sudden personal problem (mother-in-law death), I was forced to resign from the company with proper formalities sending the email to the head but when I was about to rejoin the company, hr is very supportive and helpful and is ready to take me, the GM of Coimbatore doesn't want to take me, criticize me and asked what work you know eventhough I worked there. It was really painful for me. and he showed his willingness that he is going to take another ex employee . Kindly management should take this into consideration, employee should not be hurt and treats well....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
