Company policies are Ok
Dislikes
Lot of politics within the organization and growth is only based on that.
Work life balance is very poor, even though they say 5 days a week most of saturdays and sunday urgent workload will be there.
Joining in higher management is good, otherwise it will be very difficult to survive where management consider you just as a worker for their benefit.
Since its a service industry always last minute work will be there and everyday working hours will be extending and for taking the available leaves you have to literally beg infront of managers and they wont approve.
Business oriented company in India where they are least bothered on whether employee is happy or not....Read More
