Worst company I have ever worked at. There was not clarity about job role, tasks, or deadlines and this lack of clarity was presented as employee incompetency. This really messes up with employee's mindset. This place makes a person feel worthless unless they succumb to the hierarchical slavery. A person who genuinely wants to learnand grow should never work here, you will be devastated. Would never recommend anyone to join here. They suddenly decided to stop work from home and just a few days after that handed most of the employees of my department their severance notice. I was allowed wfh as I was being laid off anyways. But during FnF settlement they didn't even pay me last month's salary saying that I did not report to the office even after I was asked to...
