They are not supportive at all. A good place for learning new things but when It comes to satisfaction, Incentives & work culture, It is the worst company to work with. Don’t join If you are looking for job security.

Work culture, Lack of Knowledge & skills at managerial levels, No job security, No Incentives, A lot of work pressure & no social life once you join turtlemint as you will be in the office for 12-13 hours every day.

People working in Insurance deals with just one sort of insurance either LIFE or General. Here you get exposer to both. You will know exactly working of Insurance industry. Salary hike is decent upper cap is 20%. Those who want to excel in Both insurance can excel here. They also are starting Mutual fund and loans.

Dislikes

Dont be surprised to see that the corporate looking office is actually a call center. Twelth pass students using slang lang you won't feel like its corporate. Job security is pathetic. Growth is there but only if you get good IMD (insurance agent). Politics is not a concern here but there are ppl who would wisper what you said. Learning is very good. Work life very pathetic.
