supportive management, team is also very good, everybody helps everybody. best part is that we are heard and our views are considered even if it is given by a fresher or trainee

Dislikes

hr and policy decisions are taken only after discussing with the entire team. Something new that is not found in many companies. company trusts everybody blindly

Work Details

involved in large java projects. learnt springboot, hibernate, javascript, jquery, ajax, restful services and many other tech skills here. supportive team and management. good friendly environment

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
