Nothing to like here, Company wastes money on Anniversary celebrations and spends money on dancers,performers instead of supporting workers.

Terrible office work culture, Dictatorship of Company Directors,the work pressure is very high, no career growth/Salary , No work-life balance due to Strict office timing and Office in a location of city which is difficult to reach due to terrible traffic in that area (Hyderabad office).

The employees working in the company are very good in work and also naturewise with very good knowledge of their job. HOWEVER, COMPNAY HAS No career growth and salary is very low in comparison to the market. Work environment is terrific, even no one is allowed to talk to the next employee and most of the employee will chat while they are in the wash room. Some of the directors are Dictators and rude. The work environment is totally autocratic without any direction and no work life balance is available. There is no management in the name of management. Low compensation and no growth with the result most of the employees will leave within 3 months of joining. No appreciation to the employees who are giving maxium and no on the job training culture is available. Every person i.e. Manager or Head are direction less and no one is there to listen their suggestions . Some of the Senior level other HOD's use slangs during discussion and if some one point out they will start shouting without any thing. The Culture in the company is good for localities i.e. Telugu speaking persons but not favourable for other employees who come from other parts of the country....Read More

If I speak openly, I would say not a good place to work as most of the employees are direction less due to the fact that aviation company is being run by non aviation people as owner belongs to infrastructure.Some of the directors arevery rough .
