Great incentives for sales team. We earn more than our salaries through incentives. The company shares profits with the employees. Great work environment. Best part is management. And the management listens to the challenges and help to solve them time to time. Toxic boss culture is not there in the company this is the best part.

It is a very nice company where all your hard work will be appreciated and you will grow very quickly. Management is very kind and supportive and listens to each and every employee in the organisation without differentiating. This is the only company which is having incentives for all the team members apart from sales team. We feel heard, appreciated and motivated.

Nothing to be liked . Very toxic environment they believe in backbite & groupism. If you don't want be a part of that they start mentally tortured you......

Even the trouble is to find the management . because there is a single person opinions management. who don't even know how to behave how to talk to their employees . There is no criteria of growth & promotion anyone can be placed at any position.
