Company rules are totally worse.Teammates over there play politics,moreover trainees won't get permanent job there,they just make you to complete their work and later they will terminate you with some idiotic reasons.firstly,there is no proper co-ordination in employees.work environment is totally worse...nothing to learn.

Obviously,work pressure is more.no appreciation from the higher officials.coming to the work process,there is no professionality in work.

Being a Sr. Process Executive is quite an excellent experience, you are the integral part of the on going project, it's a awsone feeling and I Heartly Greatful to Tulfa for giving me such an amazing opportunity, Well speaking of the Tulfa, Security is obviously infinite (unless caught on Corruption, Security breach) but getting top-heavy day by day. Work culture varies based on the project. Some have worse some of them are greatest. Great Top/Corporate management team. Policies are employee-friendly. Few good development projects are there but some old-age support projects are also going on parallel. Work-Life balance is also great in most of the accounts. Tulfa tries to re-skill resources it is up to the resource who can utilize the learning and development. First let me start by the biggest thing positive about this organization. I joined when times were turbulent, Clients were firing contractors due to Corona from left or right. Obviously for any service providing company this is a challenge to payout for their vast number of employees without getting revenues from Business. In came HR with a announcement saying none of the recent hires or existing employees would be asked to let go. I stayed without any assignments for 7 months, got confirmed and eventually in the month of December I finally found my first assignment, had this been any other employer, I would have been anxious in the last bone of my body. Not only I successfully spent the next 17 months working for Tulfa India, I eventually got nominated for my first ever Long-term onsite opportunity to work for Insights & Data Netherlands though a pilot program called Destination Abroad. And from what I know I am not alone, there are 19 more candidates from all over India who got selected only for NL, Sweden I don't even know how many. Now to be said this is overkill, let me give you more, I spent countless hours taking interview for I&D India, for which I was given extra allowance. Since the onset of Corona I didn't went to Tulfa office a single day except for completing my India Transfer formalities. I was able to see my newly-born daughter grow in front of my eyes, without loosing respect with my peers, both in Capgemini and Client, got an onsite opportunity and promotion with hike at the same time. Doing a VR and AR development is really satisfactory and it gives us an opportunity to use our talents without work load and In a home atmosphere. We can work in a much relaxed and creative manner, which is great.

We cannot take it as a full time profession till it reaches its respective audience, till then we can use it as part time income/ passion.

The best thing about the organization is the work-life balance along with the amount of opportunities to learn and grow. I joined the company in July 2019 and now it has been almost more than 2.6 years and i can definitely say that the company has given me immense options of learning and improving my skills. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent.There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling in chicago office. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. But Hi secured job like government. Overall good experience with this platform . Excellent work culture. Positive reinforcement on almost all aspects of work. Colleagues are very supportive. Opportunity to work of large programs at scale.
