The management always remain curious that how to push every employee of this company to the next level. They believe in collateral growth policy. They support to employee in further studies too and bear the cost of professional studies. This is quite definite that in return they expect Sincerity, honesty and dedication from each one of us. I loved working with this company.

Leaves policies are very much strict in here which I don't think is a very big issue.

Generally speaking, I was in a very close coordination with Logistics and Marketing department and need to make sure that things go smoothly without any discrepancy. This company is not a good place for Non Performers and back biters.
